Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of subscription services billed through Razorpay. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we strive to address all refund and cancellation requests promptly and fairly.
Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the subscription services will cease after the billing cycle ends.
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our terms of service or non-payment. In the event of cancellation by us, users will be notified via email and provided with the reason for the cancellation.
Subscription upgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to their current plan until the new billing cycle begins.
Subscription downgrades will also take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to their current plan until the new billing cycle begins.
If the subscription expiration date is under one month, any requested upgrades or downgrades will not be applied, and the plan will be canceled. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
If you are updating a Subscription, ensure that the prorated amount difference between the existing and new plans is at least 50 currency subunits, that is, $0.5. You will get an error if the amount difference between the two plans is less than $0.5. This is valid only when you update a Subscription immediately.
Refunds are generally not provided for subscriptions that have been used or partially used. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly if there are issues with the service or if the user was charged incorrectly.
Users may request a refund by contacting our customer support team within 14 days of the billing date. The request should include the reason for the refund and any relevant details to help us process the request efficiently.
Approved refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
Any one-time fees or charges associated with the subscription service are non-refundable.
